Canine Program

Currently, the Quincy Police Department is made up of one K9 team, Officer Kelby Rescinito, and his partner K9 Roy. K9 Roy is a dual-purpose German Shepherd/Belgian Malinois. K9 Roy resides with Officer Rescinito at his home. Officer Rescinito is responsible for the care and maintenance of his K9.

Officer Rescinito and K9 Roy are currently assigned to the patrol division and provides support for the department's Special Investigation Unit. For more information regarding a demonstration, please contact K9 Supervisor, Sergeant Craig Russell.
